DISCLOSURE TEXT PURSUANT TO THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This disclosure text has been prepared by Ender Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Company” or “Ender Home”) as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

    • Fulfilling obligations under the Distance Sales Contract and the Law on Consumer Protection.

    • Ensuring information security processes,

    • Ensuring the security of our website and other information systems and preventing malicious use,

    • Conducting activities in compliance with legislation.

3. To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data, in line with the fulfillment of the purposes mentioned above and within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, may be transferred to:

  • Our Suppliers: Cargo and courier companies for order delivery, IT and software companies from whom we receive IT infrastructure, maintenance, and support services, banks and payment service providers with whom we have agreements for payment processes,

  • Our Business Partners: Business partners from whom we receive services for sending commercial electronic messages within the scope of marketing activities (if you have explicit consent),

  • Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations: Legally authorized public institutions such as courts, public prosecutors' offices, and tax offices, for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations and in line with legal requests.

4. Method and Legal Basis for Personal Data Collection

This personal data is processed based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the Law, which are:

5. Rights of the Data Subject (Relevant Person) as Listed in Article 11 of the Law

As a personal data owner, we inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed or not,

  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,

  • To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

  • To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

  • To request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To demand the compensation of damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding your rights listed above to us, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller, in writing to the address Pınarkent Mah. Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.
