This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform you about the basic matters specified below, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the Distance Sales Contract to be established.

  • Delivery Method and Period: Your order, once approved, will be delivered to the delivery address specified above within an average of 2-5 business days via the contracted cargo company, not exceeding the legal 30-day period.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Period and Conditions: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

  • Method of Use: To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a clear notification such as an email to info@enderhome.com or follow the return procedure on our website within this period.

  • Return Process: Within 10 days from the notification of withdrawal, you must return the product to us completely, with its invoice, original box and packaging intact, and any standard accessories if applicable.

  • Refund: Within 14 days after your withdrawal notification reaches us, the total product price, including shipping fees, will be refunded to you using the payment method you used.

  • Return Shipping Fee: In returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the SELLER.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

In the following cases, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised legally:

  • Products prepared according to your requests or personal needs (for example, curtains sewn to custom measurements).

  • Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons. This includes bed linen sets, pillows, duvets, towels, bathrobes, and similar products whose packaging has been opened due to their hygienic nature.

7. COMPLAINT AND OBJECTION

You can submit any complaints and objections regarding your order to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in your place of residence or where the consumer transaction was made, within the monetary limits determined by the T.C. Ministry of Trade for the year 2025.

8. APPROVAL AND PAYMENT OBLIGATION NOTIFICATION

By reading and accepting this Pre-Information Form and approving the order, you acknowledge and declare that you understand that you will be obligated to pay the price of the ordered product and the specified additional fees (such as shipping fees).
